Important Ground Rules To Success

This Is The Most Important Part Of The Entire Blog!

Through out this blog I am going to be explaining some ideas that are going to sound very simple and you will most likely think to yourself, "Yeah I've heard that before. I get it" or I might instruct you to write something down and you'll probably think to yourself, "Yeah I got it, I don't need to to do that. I can remember".

It is not about how smart you are, or how much you know. It is about committing yourself to be successful. You need to be able to make a commitment to yourself and do it, take action, end the procrastination that is holding you back.

Many people will never succeed online or in anything else in life for the simple fact that they won't commit to doing the small, simple steps that will make them successful. We tend to overlook the small stuff because we think that it is unimportant in our journey. Remember that it is the small things that make the journey worthwhile. You might think you don't have the time to do these small tasks, but I guarantee that the time will pass either way. The only difference is that by taking the time to do the small steps, you will find yourself successful some time soon. If you don't find the time for the small things, you will find that the same amount of time will pass you by quickly and you will still be searching, wondering when your success will happen.

The Test

Here is a test for you that will determine whether you will be successful or not. It is very simple, but effective. This could be the most important test that you ever take in your life (I'll tell you why after you take it). Now follow the instructions exactly.

1. Find a notebook that you can write down notes and reference later as a reminder.
2. Write this down exactly: I promise I will follow the instructions that I am given exactly and take the time necessary to accomplish all of the small steps in my journey to success.
3. Now place your hand on your heart and repeat to yourself out loud what you have just written down.
4. Last write down what is your inspiration or reason for wanting to be successful.

How did you do? If you did all 4 steps you passed the test and have begun your journey to success. If not, you know now that you have the mentality that holds people back and need to work on reprogramming your thoughts and learn to take action and end your procrastination.

Why is this the most important test you will take in your life?

Think about this carefully. Did you do the test whole-heartedly and follow all of the steps exactly and put all your energy into it? If so, you have what it takes to accomplish your goals. Did you kind of follow all of the steps but thought to yourself this is kind of hokey? This means that you have some doubt that you need to overcome. If you have doubt doing this simple test then most likely you have doubt about your ability to be successful. This can be very harmful and hold you back.

Now, for those of you that skipped over the 4 steps and cheated to find out why this could be the most important test of your life...well, think about it. Who did you really cheat? You cheated yourself. You have a lot of doubt and the "glass is half empty mentality". I am not getting anything out of you taking this test. The test was only to show yourself if you have the "Do whatever it takes to succeed" mentality. You need passion and desire and you have to jump in 100% with the belief that you will succeed. Have some faith in yourself.
